Unused Emails & Text Credits Carry Over***
Communication Tools let you communicate with both your Leadership Teams and your Members. You can send out bulk emails to your Members and replies from them come directly into your Inbox for easy management, delegation, and tracking. Plus, with the included email builder, designing your own custom emails or using our pre-made Templates makes sending beautiful emails simple and easy.
* Additional Outgoing Emails and Additional Text Message Credits are available if you need more than what is included in your Account. Both the Unused Monthly Outgoing Emails and Monthly Text Message Credits carry over on any paid plan. Unused Additional Outgoing Emails and Text Message Credits also carry over.
** Text Message Credits are typically 1 Text Message Credit per text message sent, however, longer messages may require 2 or more Text Message Credits. For example, a standard plain text message with a total of 160 characters would be 1 Text Message Credit per message recipient. Learn more.
